What you purchase

The displayed Telegram Stars price buys publication of one digital invitation. Its guest link remains available until roughly one day after the event date, unless you disable, archive, or delete it earlier.

Before publishing

You must have the right and, where required, the consent to upload every photo and enter personal information. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive material.

Payment and support

Digital purchases inside Telegram are paid in Telegram Stars. Keep the invitation number and approximate payment time. For payment problems or a refund request, contact the bot using /paysupport. Requests are reviewed case by case; where appropriate, Stars refunds are made through Telegram.

Availability

We aim to keep published invitations accessible, but maintenance, networks, Telegram, or third-party services can interrupt access. Do not use the service as the only record of important event information.

Privacy Notice

Data we handle

For organizers: Telegram user ID and username, invitation text and event details, optional photo, payment identifiers and amount, and basic operational events. For guests: name, attendance answer, adult/child counts, optional comment, and a response token.

How it is used and shared

We use the data to build, publish, operate, secure, and support invitations. A published invitation and its photo are visible to anyone with its link. RSVP details are visible to the organizer and service administrators. Portrait processing in the current release takes place on our server; AI editing is not part of the service.

Images

Uploaded portraits are resized, re-encoded, and stripped of embedded metadata before storage. Do not upload a person’s photo without the necessary permission.

Retention and deletion

The organizer can permanently delete an invitation in the app. This removes its content, published file, portrait, RSVPs, and operational jobs/events. We retain the minimal payment evidence (payer, amount, charge ID, status, and time) needed for support, refunds, fraud prevention, and accounting. Telegram and other providers may retain their own records under their policies.

Recovery copies

Encrypted operational backups may contain content removed from the live app. Access is restricted, and old copies expire through scheduled backup maintenance. Recovery safeguards can retain older copies if newer backups cannot be verified. A restored backup must be reviewed before the service is reopened.

Your choices

Organizers can disable, archive, or delete invitations. Guests can update an RSVP using their response token or ask the organizer to help. For privacy or payment questions, contact the bot with /paysupport.

While editing, unfinished changes may be kept in this device’s browser for recovery after a reload. The editor offers recovery only after checking access to the invitation. Copies matching successfully saved changes are cleared when storage is available. Deleting an invitation also clears its copies in this browser. Copies older than seven days are cleaned up the next time the editor accesses recovery storage. Other browsers and devices hold their copies separately.

When you contact support, your text or screenshot is copied to the support operator in Telegram. Our database stores only chat/message routing IDs and language, not message content. Replies expire after 30 days; expired routing records are cleaned up in bounded batches when support is used. Telegram conversations and encrypted backups have their own retention.
